  1. Community Banking ——Provide personal and commercial banking services, mainly for individuals, small and medium enterprises, local government units and institutional customers. Provide deposit products such as non-interest-bearing deposits, non-brokerage interest-bearing trading accounts, savings deposits and domestic fixed deposits; including loans for housing assets, consumer and real estate loans; safekeeping facilities; and ATM, online banking and other services. The department is also involved in the origination and purchase of residential mortgage loans in the secondary market; providing loans, deposits and cash management services to apartments, homeowners and community associations, as well as providing asset loans to mid-market companies. In addition, the department provides loan and deposit services for mortgage brokerage companies; lends to restaurant franchisees; manages loans for small businesses; provides financial solutions for hospitals, non-profit institutions, educational institutions, and local government operations.
  2. Specialty Finance ——Provide commercial insurance premiums and life insurance premium financing services for businesses and individuals; short-term accounts receivable financing services; and provide data processing, billing and cash management services to the temporary personnel industry.
  3. Wealth Management ——Provide financial services, including trust investment, asset management, securities brokerage services and retirement planning services.
