Claymore Energy Infrastructure Fund Fiduciary/Claymore Energy Infrastructure Fund (FMO) was established on December 22, 2004, formerly known as Fiduciary/Claymore MLP Opportunity Fund, registered in the United States, and is funded by Guggenheim Fund Investment Consultants Limited A closed-end stock mutual fund initiated and managed by a responsible company (Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC) , jointly managed by Advisory Research, Inc.

Fiduciary/Claymore Energy Infrastructure Fund (FMO):

The fund invests in the public stock market in the United States. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating diversified natural gas infrastructure, midstream oil infrastructure, propane, oil and gas production, coal and ocean transportation.

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets under management in limited liability company (MLP) entities and at least 65% of MLP entity stocks.

Fiduciary/Claymore Energy Infrastructure Fund measures the performance of its investment portfolio on the basis of the Alertian MLP Index.
