Church & Dwight is divided into 3 departments to operate : Consumer Domestic, Consumer International, Specialty Products Division (SPD).

  1. Consumer Domestic : Provide household products such as baking soda, carpet and cat litter deodorant, washing soda, fabric softener, daily shower cleaner, cleaning supplies, dishwashing detergent and booster, laundry and cleaning solution, bathroom Cleaners, as well as powder, liquid and unit-dose detergents; provide personal care products, including: toothpaste and oral rinses, home pregnancy and ovulation test kits, deodorants and antiperspirants, toothbrushes, shampoos, dietary supplements, Hair removal agents, lotions, creams, waxes, oral pain relievers, nasal saline moisturizers, feminine hygiene products, as well as condoms, sexual intercourse lubricants, and erotic vibration products.
  2. Consumer International : Sales of personal care products, household consumer products and over-the-counter drugs in the international market, including: Canada, France, Australia, China, the United Kingdom, Mexico and Brazil.
  3. Specialty Products Division : Provide animal nutrition products, including: feed grade sodium bicarbonate, (ruminant) rumen fermentation enhancer, feed grade potassium carbonate, (ruminant) rumen bypass fat and lysine, omega-3 and ω-6 essential fatty acids, natural sodium sesquicarbonate, refined carbohydrates; provide specialty chemicals, such as sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate and bicarbonate; provide specialty cleaners, such as water-based cleaners and cleaners for commercial and industrial applications Smell.

Church & Dwight Co. (CHD) History:

  • In 1847, John Dwight and Company was founded;
  • In 1896, John Dwight and his half-brother Austin Church merged their business of selling baking soda to form Church & Dwight Co., Inc.;
  • In 2001, Carter-Wallace (Carter-Wallace) sold its consumer products business to Church & Dwight, while the diagnostic and pharmaceutical business was sold to MedPointe (now Meda AB(OTCPK:MDABY));
  • In 2006, Church and Dwight acquired Orange Glo International, including its OxiClean brand.
