CQP is a subsidiary of Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings, LLC (CQH), a subsidiary of Cheniere Energy (LNG) . Through its subsidiary, Sabine Pass LNG (LP) owns and operates in Sabine Pass. Sabine Pass Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminal in the deep water channel.

Cheniere Energy Partners’ regasification facility includes an infrastructure of five LNG storage tanks with a capacity of approximately 17 billion cubic feet; two offshore berths that can accommodate ships of 266,000 cubic meters; and a daily regasification capacity of approximately 4 billion Cubic foot evaporator; also owns the Creole Trail pipeline, which is 94 miles long and interconnects the Sabine Pass LNG terminal with various interstate pipelines.
