Forum Energy Technologies (FET) is an international oilfield products company serving the subsea, drilling, completion, production and infrastructure sectors of the oil and gas industry. The current company is a five-party merger of Forum Oilfield Technologies, Triton Group, Subsea Services International, Global Flow Technologies and Allied Technology in the summer of 2010.

Forum Energy Technologies is divided into 3 divisions to operate : Drilling & Subsea (drilling and subsea), Completions (completion) and Production & Infrastructure (production and infrastructure).

  1. Drilling & Subsea -Design and manufacture products, and provide related services for drilling, energy subsea construction and service markets and other markets, such as alternative energy, defense and communications. The department provides drilling technology, including original equipment and a series of products consumed in drilling; and subsea technology, including robotic vehicles and other major equipment, special parts and tools, supplementary subsea technical services and leased items, and pipeline infrastructure used in product.
  2. Completions ——Provide products and related services for oil well construction, well completion, production stimulation, etc. The department provides downhole technologies, including cementing and casing tools, completion products and a series of downhole cable protection solutions; and stimulation and intervention technologies, including pumps and well stimulation consumables, and related recertification and renovation services.
  3. Production & Infrastructure -design, manufacture and supply products, and provide related equipment and services for the oil and gas production and infrastructure markets. The department provides production equipment, including well site production and processing equipment; and a series of industrial and processing valves.
