Edgewell Personal Care Company (NYSE:EPC) spun off its personal care product manufacturing business from Energizer Holdings on July 1, 2015. It is headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, and employs 6,000 full-time employees. It is a well-known personal care product in the United States. The manufacturer is engaged in the production and sales of personal care products in more than 50 countries including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Japan and Australia, including: shaving cream, sunscreen products, skin care, feminine care, baby care, etc.

Edgewell Personal Care Company provides wet hair shaving products, sun protection and skin care, feminine care and baby care, and personal care products in the United States and internationally. The company operates through four parts: Wet Shave, Sun and Skin Care, Feminine Care and All Other.
Edgewell Personal Care provides Schick and Wilkinson Sword brand razor systems, including razor handles and refillable blades; and disposable shaving products for men and women; and shaving products, such as Edge, Skintimate and Shave Guard Of shaving gels and creams.
Edgewell Personal Care also manufactures, distributes and sells its own brand and value-for-money disposable razors, shaving systems and replacement blades under the retailer’s store name or value brand (such as Personna).
In addition, Edgewell Personal Care also provides sunscreen products, including protection, sports, children, baby, sunscreen black products, brands include: Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog, Jack Black and Wet Ones; and feminine care products, including Playtex Gentle Glide 360°, Playtex Sport, Playtex and ob brand tampons; and Stayfree and Carefree brand sanitary napkins and pads.
In addition, Edgewell Personal Care also provides baby care products, including Playtex brand bottles, cups and baby tableware products; OrthoPro and Binky brand pacifiers; Playtex Diaper Genie brand diapers; Litter Genie brand cat waste disposal system.
Edgewell Personal Care Company sells its products through direct sellers, distributors and wholesalers, as well as retail points and e-commerce.
As of March 31, 2016, there are approximately 25 brands under Edgewell Personal Care.
On May 8, 2019, Edgewell Personal Care CEO Rod Little stated that Edgewell will acquire the shaving startup Harry’s for $1.37 billion.
